Unlike concentrated proteins and isolates, hydrolyzed proteins have already been broken down by enzymes into smaller peptides by microfiltration processes (CFM® - CROSS FLOW MICROFILTRATION) that increase their assimilation, digestibility, the amount of branched essential amino acids (7.13 g) and glutamine (5.57 g) that will reach the muscles, strengthening and purifying the body, protecting the cells that make up the immune system.

Itis therefore a highly digestible protein, partly because, like all hydrolyzed proteins, Hydro Pure Professional protein is a predigested protein. For this reason, digestive enzymes are not normally added to hydrolyzed protein formulas.
